Eviction Process
Our management firm focuses on trying to collect to avoid eviction, but we can help with the eviction process. Our staff will keep records and give notice of the eviction.

Maintenance Services
We will also access the maintenance problems and keep you informed of the assessment and cost of the repair. At the time of contract, we determine what problems there are on the property. If repairs or maintenance need to be done, we will arrange for someone to do the work and pay them from landlord funds provided.
